Big Ideas Magazine Cover

This is a mock magazine cover for The Observer based on the topic of Loss. I combined ink with Lino printing to create an impactful cover, using texture to give a rough and raw feel. Choosing a cold and monochrome palette helped to convey a feeling of emptiness and monotony that emulates how loss can affect someone.
