Book Cover Design
As one of my final year university projects, I chose to redesign the book cover of Daisy Jones & The Six for the Penguin Cover Design Award. This project aims to solve the problem of the outdated and lacking original book cover of Daisy Jones and The Six, making sure to follow the brief and answer the judge's requirements. I incorporated a 70s colour scheme, kaleidoscope pattern and illustrations with hand drawn type to create a really personal book cover I felt was representational of Daisy Jones and her story, while being attractive to readers and following the competition brief.
